  • The professional skills, competence, or qualifications of any listed Ustaad.
  • The quality, safety, or legality of the services provided.
  • The character, conduct, or behavior of any Ustaad during or after service delivery.
  • Any damages, losses, or legal issues arising from the engagement of a Ustaad found through our platform.

3. Verification Disclaimer

While we may state that a Ustaad is "verified", this verification is solely based on digital material provided by the Ustaad, such as a copy of their CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card). We do not conduct physical background checks, police character certificate verifications, or on-site inspections of their previous work.

Users must independently verify any professional before hiring them and take all necessary safety and financial precautions.

4. User Responsibility

As a user, you agree that any decision to hire a Ustaad is made entirely at your own risk. BookUstaad.com, its owners, and its employees shall not be held liable for any dispute, theft, damage, or harm caused by any Ustaad or user of this platform.

5. Payment and Disputes

All financial transactions, payments, and service agreements are made directly between the customer and the Ustaad. BookUstaad.com does not process payments and is not involved in any disputes regarding service quality or pricing.
