What a reviewed listing means

Public profiles must be active and approved for publication by an administrator. “Listing reviewed” refers to this publication review. It does not certify a person's trade qualifications, identity, licences or work quality.

Read the business details and ask the provider about experience, availability, relevant qualifications and the scope of work before hiring.

Business information

Profiles contain information supplied by providers or added by directory administrators. Business names, phone numbers, locations, services and photographs should accurately represent the business. Contact the provider directly to confirm current prices, opening hours and service areas.

Book Ustaad is a directory; the listed businesses provide their own services.

Featured listings

Featured listings receive extra visibility and may appear before other results. Featured placement can be purchased through the platform's packages or assigned by an administrator. It is not a quality ranking or endorsement.

Ratings and reviews

Displayed ratings come from approved customer reviews recorded on Book Ustaad. The current review system is linked to completed platform bookings. A business with no reviews has no established customer rating here.

When online ordering is unavailable, existing reviews remain visible. We do not turn the absence of reviews into a positive rating.

Report a problem or request a correction

Use “Report or correct this listing” on a business profile, or send the profile link through our contact form. Explain the incorrect detail and provide the correct information or a public source where possible. Business owners can also sign in to update their own profiles.

Choose “Listing correction or removal” for outdated contact details, duplicate listings, a closed business or a removal request. Include your relationship to the business. Do not include identity documents or sensitive personal information in the message.
